you could have to pay a big fine for simply clicking on the wrong link.. right now, a group of 600 industry lobbyist "advisors" and un-elected government trade representatives are scheming behind closed doors1,2 to craft an international agreement called the trans-pacific partnership (tpp).. why the secrecy?
we know from leaked documents3 that the tpp includes what amounts to an internet trap that would:.
As far as i can see from research, the content at risk is (at least in aust)
Racism, Euthanasia, some porn and criminal activity
Will the Watchtower convince parliment that that JWN is any of the above? i don't think so myself...

the movie in full length is on youtube, it is very violent and contains many sex scenes.....it's filmed in a nice large house which is supposed to be a cult headquarters in the film lol!
at 31 minutes two men talk in the study and in the background the shelves are full of watchtower bound volumes, index, greatest man book and many others....it looks like a bethel library...but 10 minutes before two oral sex scenes took place here!!!!.
just wondering if jehovah's blessing would still be on the house!
perhaps the producers bought all the JW lit off ebay as props...
maybe they think the WT is a cult and this is their 'up yours' to the the JWs.

mormons quit church in mass resignation ceremonyshare112chelsea bair reads a declaration of independence from mormonism during a mass resignation of mormons from the church of jesus christ of latter day saints in salt lake cit (jeffrey d. allred, reuters / june 30, 2012).
relatedalex willardson shows his letter during a mass resignation of mormons from the church of jesus christ of latter day saints in salt lake city.
Asked about the resignations, a church spokesman said the church loves and respects each member.
"People make their own decisions about the direction they will follow in life," spokesman Michael Purdy said in an email. "While there are very few who take this action, it is sad to see someone choose to leave. We wish them well.".....'WE HAVE TO BE CAREFUL'
Some leaving the church Saturday did so with trepidation, as Mormon culture often stigmatizes those who fall away, leaving some without social or business connections.
Sounds just like the PC crap the Watchtower spits out when the public learn of how they treat ex members

thanks to a number of notices about a website titled www.jwfacts.com, i took a quick tour and found some very informative pages and charts about the organization's positions and history.
thanks also to a number of posters for their reminders.
i can't summarize the whole site in a topic, but it did include a history of the interpretation of the phrase "this generation", appearing in matthew 24:34.. "truly i say to you that this generation will by no means pass away until all these things occur.".
marked for later...it's late :)

i was just thinking about all the fear i had when i was a kid that i would be attacked by demons if i wasn't careful.
i mean i lived in absolute terror over it, so i'm going to reminisce about the things i was told were demonized and you can add to the list if you'd like:.
lucky charms cerealcount dracula cerealitems bought at garage sales where there was a cross or anything religious present"hotel california" by the eagles (now one of my favorite songs)wwjd braceletsscooby dooi remember being so scared of every little noise that whenever i would turn off my light to go to bed, i would say "jehovah, jehovah!
I had a record that played a womans voice singing, the next time it would play the same song in a mans voice!
i was pretty freaked out after a while...
until i realized that on the various times i played it, i had not checked the speed settings! I was playing on 33rpm then 45rpm at other times.
the weird thing was that on both speeds the music and voices didnt sound half bad!

this thread was inspired by the "a question for the ladies..." thread and anybody is welcome to post.. if you are now free and clear of the wts, how have your dress and grooming changed?
i'll start the ball rolling by saying that i made some changes that i really like.
i'm down to two suits and they are only for job interviews and perhaps some solemn occasion.

WT 8/15/71 Certain clergymen in the New York area are very businesslike about the matter. They send out monthly statements to their parishioners reminding them of the amount they owe their church. And one Congregational preacher in Vermont was reported in the press as having installed a credit-card machine inside the front door for those who would prefer to contribute by this means. Ever so many churches either require or encourage their members to tithe, that is, to give to their church a tenth of their income....
Newcomers at the Kingdom Halls of Jehovah’s witnesses are struck with this difference between the way their churches finance their worship and the way Jehovah’s witnesses do. As one woman once put it: “In my church I felt like a dollar sign; we have been very large contributors. But here at the Kingdom Hall I was not made to feel that way at all.” The principle governing such matters among Jehovah’s witnesses is expressed by the apostle Paul at 2 Corinthians 8:12: “For if the readiness is there first, it is especially acceptable according to what a person has, not according to what a person does not have.”
Does the place of worship that you attend adhere to these Bible standards regarding religious expenses? If it does not, do you believe that God is pleased with your associating with an organization that disregards the standards of his Word?
I guess they will have to remove the 70s watchtowers from the CD now....
